J.C Michael Groups Docklands is a domiciliary care agency that provides high-quality and person-centred care to clients with a wide range of social, clinical and psychological needs.

We effectively manage complex packages with spinal injury, brain injury, Motor Neurone Disease and Muscular Dystrophy, with interventions such as Tracheostomy, ventilator, cough assist, Peg feeding, bowel management and suctioning. We also provide services to clients with social needs such as personal care, companionship, nutrition/ hydration, mobility aids etc.

Our extensive services and individually designed care packages are highly specialised, nurse-led and strongly outcome-oriented. We work closely with our clients and their families to identify, understand and meet their specific needs.

We are led by a management team of highly qualified and experienced people. We have a team of competent healthcare assistants and overseas nurses who work to meet our client’s needs and we also have ongoing competency-based training in the office which is led by a team of registered nurses.

We are nominated for the Dignity in Care Award and possess other different recognitions. We have our CQC registration for both personal care and treatment of disease, disorder and injury.

We cover a wide range of service users within and outside London, with our central area being Tower Hamlets and Docklands.

We have a group of focused, responsible and very determined team members who understand the value of care. We believe people need friends and helping hands in certain stages of their life, combined with an extensive, person-centred and holistic care plan, to help them meet their expectations, irrespective of their condition.
